SMS Messaging Program & Opt-In

This page describes the SMS text-messaging program operated by WEHOZ DBA WithConnect AI (“WithConnect AI”) and how end users consent to receive messages.

Who sends the messages, who receives them, and why

WithConnect AIprovides an AI phone-receptionist service to appointment-based businesses such as chiropractic, dental, and medical practices. When a patient or customer calls a business that uses our service, our AI receptionist answers the call and can book their appointment. On the business’s behalf, we then send transactional SMS — appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and related service notifications — to the patient or customer who called.

Messages are sent only to individuals who called the business and verbally consented during that call. We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we never purchase, rent, or upload third-party contact lists.

How you opt in (consent)

Consent is collected verbally during your phone callwith the business’s AI receptionist. After you ask to book or confirm an appointment, the assistant asks for your mobile number and whether you would like to receive text confirmations and reminders. You are opted in only if you clearly say yes. Opting in is not a condition of receiving care or service, and each consent is recorded with a timestamp and the call transcript.

During the call, you will hear a disclosure substantially as follows:

“Would you like to receive text-message confirmations and reminders for your appointment? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Details are in our Terms and Privacy Policy at withconnect.ai.”

Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and related service notifications. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. WithConnect AIdoes not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opt out & help

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@withconnect.ai.
