Most setups are live within about a day. Once we have your number, hours, and how you want calls handled, we configure the receptionist, run test calls, and switch it on — no IT project on your end.

Your business hours, your existing phone number, the questions callers usually ask, and what counts as an urgent call. That's enough for us to build and tune your receptionist. We handle the technical setup from there.

No long-term contract. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel — the only fixed cost is the one-time setup fee charged once at go-live.

Plans start at $199/mo, billed monthly. There's also a one-time setup fee from $499 — $999 for HIPAA medical and dental — that covers full done-for-you onboarding. No long-term contract.

Either works. You can port your existing number to us, or simply forward your calls to WithConnect and keep your number exactly where it is. We'll recommend the right option for your setup during onboarding.
